When it comes to exercising and working out there are many benefits. Some benefits may be invisible. This can include cardiovascular health. However, there are a lot of physical benefit’s to working out or getting some type of exercise. Lots of people exercise because they want to look good for summer, but this should not be the only reason to work out. There are two different ways to work out. Strength training and aerobic activity, The recommended time to do aerobic training is at least 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week. When it comes to strength training the recommended amount is at least two times a week me. It's easy.

There are multiple benefits that working out can have on your cardiovascular system( heart, blood, and lungs)

The bones in your body are living tissues that benefit from exercise. doing weight bearing exercises (walking jogging) can help your bones have more density. This means that they are less vulnerable to breaks.

Exercising can help regulate your body weight. Doing strength training can also help develop muscles. All of this combined can having you looking "beach ready" this shouldn't be the only reason you exercise. Doing this can also limit your chances of developing a disease like diabetes.
